Default Trackday Hotels

    Put your recommendations here.

    So far I will add.....

    Brands Hatch:
Nice: Brands Hatch Place and Spa - 4 star, a little pricey but awesome for groups - http://www.handpickedhotels.co.uk/ho...dshatch-place/

Budget: Premier Inn at Leybourne. Nice pub and good food http://www.premierinn.com/en/hotel/M...tone-leybourne

    Cadwell:
Nice: Woodhall Spa Hotel, Woodhall Spa tel 01526 353231 http://www.hobyhotels.com/woodhallindex.php

Nice: Brackenborough Hotel, Louth tel 01507 609169
    http://www.brackenborough.co.uk/guest_rooms.php?ID=17

Budget: The Old Coach House Motel, North Kyme tel 01526 861465 - http://www.oldcoachhousemotel.co.uk/

    Castle Combe:
Budget/Nice: Castle Inn at Castle Combe, tel 01249 783030 http://www.castle-inn.info/

    Anglesey:
No hotels to speak of - we hired a farmhouse for the week which was about 15 mins from the circuit. there are plenty to choose from and some do short term lets, but you will need 2 nights to do Anglesey unless you want a really late trip back home. Book through Menai Holidays:

    Snetterton:
Budget: We are about to try this for the first time, but looks good. Old Thorn Barn, tel 01953 607785
    http://www.oldthornbarn.co.uk/index.html

Nice: (Very nice) - De Vere Dunston Hall, tel 0844 980 9950
    http://www.devere.co.uk/our-locations/dunston-hall

I would add that a trick that has been useful is to check for the availability of the hotel on booking.com or expedia first. A lot of hotels dont do expedia as its 25% commission off the cost you see, and booking.com is variable commission set by the hotel, but minimum 15%. What you do is get the booking.com price or expedia price, then call the hotel and offer to book direct at say 10% or more off of the agency price. They dont pay commission as you have booked direct so the hotel gets more money, and you get to pay less for the same thing.

Admins - can you make this a sticky please?

If anyone stays somewhere they can recommend then I can add into this first post.
